Fourth of July holiday weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Robson at Meadowood were Morton S. Robson of New York City, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Finke and children, Laurie and Larry of Totowa, New Jersey and Mr, and Mrs. Thomas Balkin and their children, Liayna and Aaron of Detroit, Michigan.
Mrs. Jeanne Finke has returned to her home in Lauderhill, Florida after two weeks visit here with her son-inlaw and daughter, the Robsons. Gene Robson is now receiving friends after a ten day stay in the Culpeper Memorial Hospital as results of a heart attack.
Mrs. George Butler was hostess to the visiting evangelist. Rev. Virgil Wilson and his wife, who is in revival at Mt. Lebanon. Dinner was served Monday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. William Gibbs.
Mr. and Mrs. William Fincham were guests during the holiday of Mrs. Eva Woodard in Culpeper.
Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hopkins of Remington visited Mrs. Gladys Schlosser at Fox Hill during the holidays.
Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Timbers and Shelley attended an all-day picnic last Saturday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Parvin, Debbbie, Blair and Trey in Madison and met Mr. Parvin’s family, all of whom came up from Virginia Beach for the occasion.
