The object of this suit is to quiet title and/or establish title by adverse possession as to a tract of land of which James P Williams died seized and possessed, located in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land being described by deed recorded in Deed Book W, at Page 278, amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as is more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint filed herein
