Elizabeth Thompsen
Elizabeth Mealoy Thompsen, 80, )f Sperryville, died on Oct. 16, 1985 n Warren Memorial Hospital. She ivas a native of Cass County, Michigan and the widow of Robert Emmet rhompsen.
Mrs. Thompsen is survived by ;wo sons, Richard T. Thompsen, of Vienna, and Robert Samuel Thompsen, of Oak Park, Illinois; 10 grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
A memorial service was held Oct. 21 at Trinity Episcopal Church, Washington. The Rev. Jennings W. Hobson, III officiated. Graveside services will be held Oct. 26 at Riverside Cemetery, Dowagiac, Michigan.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Elizabeth M. Thompsen Memorial Fund, Rappahannock County Library, Box 55, Washington, Va. 22747.
Turner-Robertshaw Funeral Home, Front Royal, was in charge of arrangements.
Dolly M. Lamb
Dolly Mae Lamb, 53, of Reva, died on Oct. 18, 1985 in her residence. Mrs. Lamb was a native of Rappahannock County and a member of Slate Mills Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Steve Lamb and Wayne Lamb, both of Reva, and Paul Fincham, of Culpeper; a brother, John H. Fincham, of Culpeper; and two sisters, Mary Blanche Fincham, of Slate Mills, and Annie Ruth Fincham, of Culpeper.
A funeral service was held Oct. 22 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Harold Eaton officiated. Interment was in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
