Mini-Revival at
Mt. Lebanon
“Good News America, God Loves You” is the theme of a minirevival now in progress at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, with US Air Force Chaplain Carl Bilderback officiating.
Chaplain Bilderback holds the rank of lieutenant colonel and is stationed at Langley AFB, Virginia, where he is Chief of the Readiness and Reserve Division in the Tactical Air Command Chaplain’s Office. He trains and assigns chaplains to live and minister in dangerous areas, including military exercise zones in remote parts of the world like Egypt and Saudi Arabia. In this capacity he considers himself to be a missionary to the whole world. His assignment is endorsed by the Southern Baptist Home Mission Board.
The mini-revival is scheduled for each evening at 7:30 Wednesday through Friday, March 26-28. Lord’s Supper Communion will be served on Friday evening.
Pastor John Warren invites all friends and neighbors to visit the church, which is located on Route 522 at Scrabble, south of Woodville. All first-time visitors to Mt. Lebanon will receive a specially prepared copy of the New Testament.
