And as far as we’re concerned, the dog that got through to Lydia could have been any one of the hundreds of dogs in this county who are not confined at night. It only stands to reason that if your dog is not at home, then he’s somewhere else, on someone else’s property, digging up someone else’s garden, chasing deer, keeping neighbors awake or killing a neighbor’s livestock or a neighbor’s pet.
