With one of four full-time emergency physicians on duty 24 hours a day, Culpeper Memorial Hospital has one of the finest small hospital emergency departments in Virginia.
Modern lifesaving equipment and the skilled staff stand ready around the clock to help you. In addition to the emergency physicians, the hospital medical staff consisting of members of the major medical specialities are available. Full-service laboratory, x-ray, and other emergency support services contribute to your care. Multi-trauma victims are transported quickly to trauma centers by helicopter.
Working closely with local rescue squads In the five county area, CMH emergency physicians and nurses volunteer their time to train rescue squad members in advanced cardiac life support and shock trauma. This advanced training saves lives as physicians and squad members work together to provide lifesaving emergency services to our community.
