Being the same tract or parcel of land in which an undivided interest was conveyed to Dorothy F. McKenzie by deed from Douglas K. Baumgardner, et al, Special Commissioners, dated the 13th day of October, 1983, and recorded in Deed Book 145, Page 814. The remaining undivided interest was inherited by Dorothy F. McKenzie from her father, Cecil Hamilton Hawkins, who died, intestate, on April 16, 1975, leaving as her sold heirs at law his daughter, Dorothy F. McKenzie, and his widow, Veronica L. Hawkins.
