meets June 5

The annual meeting of the Community Concert Association, which includes Rappahannock, Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison and Orange counties, will be held Sunday, June 5, at 3 p.m. at the Country Club of Culpeper.

All members of the Association are invited and urged to attend. On the agenda will be the election of officers, a review of next year’s concerts and several other important items, an Association spokesman said.

The current membership drive is still underway. An outstanding selection of concerts is being offered for the 1988-89 season. Performers will include the Alexandria Quintet, instrumentalists, the unique Swingle Singers, the renowned Paul Smith Duo, and C. C. Ryder, folk singer and troubadour.
