Near Intersection of 1-66 & 1-81 Farm Craft Days at Belle Grove developed from the regionoriented activities of the plantation that has been a working farm since 1783. Farm families from the surrounding area will help to herd and shear sheep, to shoe horses and to break flax. You will be able to observe skilled craftsmen demonstrating historic, crafts such a> blacksmithing. rug hooking, smocking and quilting. Seventy-five of the mid-Atlantic states leading traditional craftsmen will offer their wares for sale. Lively blue grass, gospel and dulcimer music will provide continuous entertainment. Pony and wagon rides are offered for children. Country food will be sold and parking is free.
