Roadside Theater from Whitesburg, Kv., and Norton, Va., is coming to Rappahannock Friday, May 27, to perform its newest drama, “Leaving Egypt.” The performance is sponsored by the Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC).
“Leaving Egypt" was written by Roadside member Ron Short, who also wrote Roadside’s popular show, “South of the Mountain." The new play is performed by veteran Roadside storyteller and musician Tommy Bledsoe, newcomer Kim Neal Cole, and the author.
