The Cooperative does not propose to charge program participants for these repairs, nor does it propose to perform repairs on water heaters, which in the Cooperative's judgement, are not in sufficient mechanical condition to accept these repairs or are physically located such that carpentry or plumbing services are need to make the water heater accessible. The Cooperative will not replace or make plumbing repairs to water heaters.
A copy of the Cooperative’s application is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Cooperative s office where customer bills may be paid and during the hours of 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, at the State Corporation Commissions Document Control Center, located on Floor B-1. Jefferson Building, Band and Governor Streets, Richmond, Virginia.
Any party desiring to comment in writing or to request a hearing on the application may do so by directing such comments or requests on or before June 30,1988, to the Clerk of the Commission as provided below. A copy of said request or comment shall also be mailed on or before June 30,1988, to the Cooperative’s attorney: J. Robert Yeaman, III, Esquire, Button, Yeaman & Morton, 139 W. Davis Street, Culpeper, Virginia 22701-3090.
