The Flint Hill Bridge Club met on Tuesday, May 24 at the home of Mrs. W. A. Moore.

Prizes were awarded to Mrs. Emory Russell, Mrs. Tom Massie, Mrs. Richard Latham and Mrs. Earl Edmonds.

Also playing were Mrs. Paul Miller, Mrs. Thomas Eastham, Mrs. James Massie and Mrs. Louis Moore, Jr.

Mr. and Mrs. A. 0. Smoot entertained at a birthday dinner in honor of their grandson Jimmy Bywaters on Sunday. Joining them were Mr. and Mrs. James Bywaters and Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Smoot and Krystal of Culpeper.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wade of Chantilly were Sunday visitors of the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Lillard.

Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Crane of Lanham, Md. were Saturday visitors of the latter’s mother, Mrs. Moffett Brady. Visiting on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brady of Warrenton and Mrs. Doug Willard of Burke.

Visiting with Mrs. Roland Welch at her home “Mountain View” over the Memorial Day weekend were Mr. and Mrs. James Garwood of McLean, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Welch, Ryan and Courtney, Dale Welch, Mrs. Owen Sealock and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Welch and Billy.

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Werner and son Joshua of Hopewell spent Friday to Tuesday with Mr. and Mrs. Grady Vest.

Mr. Carson Lillard returned to his home from Warren Memorial Hospital on Friday.

Mrs. Ethel Pullen was released
