The Board of Game and Inland Fisheries, at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on March 25, 1988, adopted the following amended regulation pursuant to Sections 291-501 and 29.1-502 of the Code of Virginia, to become effective July 1,1988.

Mountain Lion.
§1. Continuous closed season.
Amended § 1 by striking the present language thereof in its entirety and substituting the following language therefor: §1. Hunting, trapping, possession, importation or destruction prohibited.
It shall be unlawful at any time to hunt, trap, possess, import or in any way destroy a mountain lion.
