Miss Smedley to
wed Mr. Sutpliin
Gilbert L. Smedley of Bealeton and Mrs. Dorothy M. Smelser of Front Royal announce the engagement of their daughter, Donna Marie, to Charles E. Sutphin Jr., the son of Charles E. Sutphin of Flint Hill and the late Ann Lee Sutphin.
Miss Smedley, a 1984 graduate of Warren County High School, operates a child care facility.
Mr. Sutphin graduated in 1983 from Rappahannock County High School and in 1986 from the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Training Academy. He is employed by the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.
Their wedding vows are to be exchanged Aug. 6 at the Washington Baptist Church.
