all the clients and patients that have used the Health Department’s facilities and programs. We are always trying to improve these services and make them more available. I hope that you will support the new nurse as much as you have supported me. I hope that with the new Health Department facilities coming this winter that more of the public will partake in the services. I hope that the part-time dental services can also be expanded soon.
I leave not out of frustration or disappointment, but only to continue in school at the University of Virginia this fall. I will be working on a Master’s degree in Rural Health and working toward receiving a family nurse practitioner license. Afterward, my wife and I hope to return overseas as missionaries.
Again, thank you for a wonderful two years, and we will think of, and return to, Rappahannock County as frequently as we can.
