“Farmers who have planted corn, sorghum, soybeans and all other spring seeded crops are reminded that now is the time to report the sizes and intended uses of their 1988 program crops,” Rappahannock Agriculture Stablization and Conservation Committee Chairman T.V. Williams Jr., said.
Crop certification is necessary before the farmer can receive deficiency payments, price support loans and other farm program benefits, he said.
