In addition, this drug bill would create stiffer penalties for drug offenders, including the mandatory death penalty for drug-related murders.
H.R. 4446 would also provide better drug education for our nation’s youth by improving the quality of Federal and state programs under the direction of the Depart-, ment of Education.
Finally, this legislation would create a Cabinet-level office to coordinate these and other domestic and international drug programs. This office would terminate in eight years.
