Game - In General. Amend § 3 to read as follows:
§ 3. Recorded wild animal

sounds prohibited in
taking game: coyotes
and crows excepted.
It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to take wild animals and wild birds, with the exception of coyotes and crows, by the use or aid of recorded wild animal or wild bird calls or sounds or recorded or electrically amplified imitation of wild animal or wild bird calls or sounds; provided, that the use of electronic calls for hunting coyotes requires the written permission of the landowner. Add a new section, numbered 23, to read as follows:
