“This ft a wonderful way to get the freshest vegetables and exotic herbs you may not be able to find anywhere else. But the guides offer a added benefit,” notes information officer, Catherine T. Belcher, who compiled the guides for the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
