Tuesday July -4th the Washington Ladies Auxiliary to the Eire Dept, are having a bake sale and also cold drinks and hot dogs for sale. The Thrift Shop will also be open for business. We are in need of some good baked goods, so all you good cooks feel free to donate an item.
Mrs. Rosie Holbert and daughter Barbara of Staunton were in the county Monday visiting relatives.
Weekend guests of Mrs. Erma Jenkins were Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Butler of McLean.
Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Howard Campbell of Frederick, Md. were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Campbell and they visited Aubrey Campbell in the Lynn Care Center in Front Royal.
