Why doesn’t Rappahannock make recycling mandatory'.’ It’ we want to remain agricultural we must keep taxes (ergo landfill costs) down.
If this has not yet been done by a county in the Commonwealth, we could be the first. We would set an example to the state as Vermont has to the nation, with its pioneering ozone legislation.
