INSPECTOR A The Warrenton Residency is seeking an individual who enjoys working outside to inspect'' assigned phases of highway and related structure construction and maintenance projects. Will also inspect and test materials, advise contractors on their acceptability and placement, and perform other related duties. The successful applicant will have knowledge of highway construction inspection techniques, methods, procedures, construction terms and symbols; and tbe ability to interpret contracts, special provisions, plans and specifications, use engineering field equipment, record data clearly and concisely, interpret and prepare reports, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and perform basic mathematic ami geometric calculations. Applicants will be considered for the position at the level of Construction Inspector Trainee if the qualified applicant pool for Construction Inspector A is insufficient. A Trainee must have knowledge of basic mathematics, including geometry; and the ability to record data clearly and concisely, read and interpret instructional and technical manuals, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing. The position requires the willingness to work adjusted schedules and overtime hours. Some work may be recpiired in the vicinity of devices emitting low-level ionizing radiation. Excellent benefits are offered with the opportunity for an Inspector A to earn $17,125 to $23,391 annually and Trainee to earn $13,709 to $17,125 annually.

CONSTRUCTION CREWWARRENTON RESIDENCY We are seeking qualified applicants to operate and maintain mediumduty highway equipment such as trucks, loaders, graders, dozers, tractors, and backhoes to construct, repair and maintain roads and their surrounding right of way.
