Gyspy moth spray meeting
There will be a public meeting on Wednesday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Scrabble to discuss the spraying planned for later thi§ spring to combat the gypsy moth invasion. Personnel from the federal Appalachian Integrated Pest Management program will be there to explain the proposed intervention strategies and tactics, and to answer questions about gypsy moths. , ■■ ■ Although only the southern one-third of the county is included in the AIPM project this year, all county residents are invited to attend this free informational meeting.
