James Judd and Teressa Mahoney of Luray are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Tiffany Marie born Feb. 19 at Winchester Medical Center. Tiffany weighed five pounds and 14 ounces and was 191/2 inches long.

Mr. and Mrs. Danny Atkins of Rhoadesville are proud to announce the birth of a daughter, Danielle Marie bom Feb. 16 at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville. She weighed seven pounds, 13 1/2 ounces and was 20 inches long.
