On Friday, several locals traveled to Charles Town, W.Va. for a reunion with some dear friends Phyllis Carter and her mother Lula Blankenship. Guests included Jo Mills of Culpeper, Wanda Dawson of Marshall, Sylvia Taylor of Nokesville, and Louella Smith of Amissville.
