Mr. Smoot’s problem with the boundary line is that he cannot divide a lot from his property without a Town boundary line adjustment because he does not have enough land in Town to comply with the minimum lot size of the zoning district. He is not allowed to use the land he owns in the county to meet the minimum lot size.
However, lot 4 in the L.O.M.P. subdivision meets the minimum lot size in it’s zoning district by using land located in the county.
Smells like a double standard tome.
