Giles among
Eagle honorees
Skip Giles, of Washington’s Troop 123, will be among the Eagle Scouts honored at the annual Eagle Recognition Dinner put on by the Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at the Winchester Country Club in Winchester.
Each year because of the time, effort, and maturity a boy puts into his achievements, the Shenandoah Area Council wishes to recognize all Scouts who have advanced to the highest rank obtainable in Scouting, 1 the Eagle Scout, according to a council spokesman.
During the past year, 14 boys from six Virginia counties and three West Virginia counties that make up the Council were reviewed and approved by the Eagle Board of Ref view for the rank of Eagle, a - prestigious and everlasting title.
