Mrs. Brenda Payne spent Saturday and Sunday at the Science Museum of Virginia Camp-In at Richmond. The girls and adults enjoyed activities related to Science which were computers, Bubble-ology, electricity, magic and illusions and astronomy. Other events included folk dancing, story telling, animals living under ground and predators.

The group also watched two productions about The Solar System and The Earth Seasons in the Universe Theater.

The girls were allowed to explore the museum on their own and do the hands on exhibits.

Among those participataing were Amanda Brown, Stacy Payne, Grace Bailey, Lisa Hill, Mandy Welch, Jamie Lafollette, Caroline Baumgardner, Crystal Leake, Anna Hitt, Holly Gangel and Marie Andreoni and their chaperones were Mrs. Mary Bailey, Mrs. Jan Hill and Mrs. Jeannie Welch. Everyone had a great time and earned a Science Museum Badge.
