The Culpeper-Madison-Rappahannock Farm Show will be held July 26-30 at Culpeper Agriculture Enterprises on U.S. 29 South of Culpeper. Entry deadline is June 29. The 1990 Farm Show catalogs are ready and available at the Rappahannock County Extension Office on Gay Street in Washington. For information call 675-3619.

Crafters wanted for fall show

The Culpeper Extension Homemakers are making plans for their annual Craft show in October. The show will be held at the Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises Grounds on U.S. 29 South. For information regarding space reservations please contact Louise Hitt (703) 8296669. Local and surrounding county crafters are welcome. Space is limited so call early.

Annual talent show June 30

The Annual Rappahannock Talent and Variety Show will be held at the Gay Street Theater in Washington on Saturday, June 30 from 7 to 9 p.m. The show will feature dancers, opera, folk, gospel, poetry readuigs, piano solos and much, much more. Come to this fun-filled evening featuring talented individuals from Rappahannock and surrounding counties. Tickets are only $5 and will be sold at the door. There is a special family price of only $12 so come and bring the children! Call RAAC at (703) 675-3193 for information.

Register for 4-H camps

The Rappahannock County Extension Office is now accepting registrations for 4-H Overnight camp scheduled for July 8-12 and 4-H Day Camp scheduled for June 25-29. Both camps will be held at the 4-H Center in Front Royal, and will include educational workshops, swimming and recreational activities. Transportation via school bus will be provided for day campers. 4-H Overnight Camp is for youth ages 9-13. Registration which is $75 is due June 15. Registrations are taken on a first-come basis. Forms are available at the Rappahannock Extension office or by calling 675-3619.
