Will supervise and direct highway maintenance and construction activities at our Rappahannock Area Headquarters. Requiresknowledge of: highway constructionand maintenance techniques and procedures, supervisory and budgeting principles and practices and applicable safety techniques and procedures. The successful applicant will have the ability to supervise the work of others; develop and monitor budgets; plan, coordinate an^ prioritize multiple projectsa; and deal effectively with complaints and inquires. Will need skill in operating and maintaining a variety of light. Will need skill in operating and maintaining a varieting of light, medium, and heavy duty highway equipment. Valid Virginia Operator’s License is required. Salary $23,044 - $35,184 (Effective July 1,1990) with excellent benefits. Closing date: Wednesdat June 27,1990.
