No injuries
in accident
No one was injured in a two-car accident June 3 on Route 707 about one mile west of Route 231 in the F.T. Valley.
According to Trooper R.E. Keen, a 1986 Volkswagen driven by Robert Scott Arnold, 26, of Spotsylvania and a 1977 Ford pickup driven by Carlton D. Clinedinst, 27, of Sperryville, collided head-on on the narrow dirt road about 9:15 a.m.
Trooper Keen said that both vehicles rounded a sharp curve in the middle of the road and hit each other. He charged both drivers with failing to drive to the right of the roadway.
