Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Armstrong
West Chester, Pa. have announced the engagement of thendaughter Ann Maynard Armstrong to Robert Ashton Baines, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus A. Baines, Jr. of Tappahannock, formerly of Ben Venue.
Miss Armstrong is a graduate of Colby College and received her master’s degree in Environmental Management from Duke University this spring. She is employed by Earth Tech of Somerset, Pa.
