Between scholarship presentations, three county teachers who received master degrees this year — Helen LaCava, Vicki Petrosky, Mary Horvarth — were recognized and presented -sashes for their gowns. After diplomas were received and the benediction was asked by Darren Dodson, the Class of 1990 marched from Rappahannock County High School and into the world.
