THE KREBSER AGRICULTURAL AND
FORESTAL DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been received by the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County to create a Tag-On" to the Krebser Agricultural and Forestal District, said tagon to consist of 844.63 acres (Tax Map 5, Parcel 14,547.15 ac.; and Tax Map 13, Parcel 85, 297.48 ac.) owned by Alfred & Klara Kummli.
A review period, required under §15.1-1511 (B.) (I) shall commence immediately, and will terminate^
on Tuesday, July 17,
In accordance with Section 15.1-1511 (0, Code of Virginia (1950), as amended, the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County hereby further give notice of their intention to hold a public hearing on Monday, August 6,1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA, to consider a tag-on to the Krebser Agricultural and Forestal District, for a period of two and one-half years. The proposed Ordinance continuing the District is available for inspection at the Clerk's Office and the Building, Zoning and Administration Office, both in Washington, VA, Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30. The Rappahannock County Agricultural and Forestal Districts Advisory Committee shall meet on Wednesday, July 18,1990, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA., to consider the proposed Ordinance and District, and to make recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
The Rappahannock County Planning Commission shall consider the matter at their regular meeting of Wednesday, July 18, 1990, at 7:30p.m., at the Courthouse in Washington, VA. All owners of additional qualifying land may join the application with the approval of the Board of Supervisors at any time before their public nearing on creating this district is held. In addition, all owners who have joined this application may withdraw their land, in whole or in part, by filing written notice of same at any time prior to said public hearing. All persons interested in these matters are invited to attend and to make comment.
