After nearly a year of work, the Rappahannock County Library has been notified that it qualifies for business tax credits under the Virginia Neighborhood Assistance Act.
That approval, according to James P. “Jamie” Jamieson of the Friends of the Rappahannock County Library Inc., should provide a major boost to the group’s fundraising efforts toward construction of the new library.
