Building committee chairman Jim Ryan reported final plans are being made for plumbing layout in the new community building.

Considerable discussion by members surrounded the fact that Amissville residents cannot call Washington, VA without it being long-distance, but they can call beyond Washington to Sperryville without a charge. One gentleman said it was amazing, he Could call the county government of Madison but could not even call his local Rappahannock County government without it being a charge call.
