School Bus Drtvsrs. The Rappahannock County School Board is accepting applications for substitute school bus drivers for the 1990-91 school year. Persons who successfully complete training and licensure will receive $5.80 an hour for 24 hours of training. Substitute driver pay is $37.59 per day.
