What about his “rights?” He is being harassed for something he was not part of. Are the young people banned from the Town of Washington? Why don’t the complaining residents issue warrants against the people involved and not the entire group of young people? Why are guests of the Inn and some town res-1 idents able to walk around the streets, talk and stare at the local' people — but are not harassed by: residents or law officers?
Parents, grandparents and', great-grandparents of these young* people lived, worked, paid taxes and; died in Rappahannock. Doesn’t the younger generation have any rights;or are they only for the outsiders, who have moved' into Rappahan-' nock?
The beautiful place where they; couldn’t wait to move to — then* when they got one foot in the door —• they couldn’t wait to make changes! -
