Mr. Robert Curtis of Tulsa, Oklahoma arrived on Friday to visit his parents Mr. and Mrs. Jack Curtis and on Saturday with his son Joshua who had spent a week with his grandparents here flew back to their home in Tulsa.
Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Welch, Katie and Emily motored to Manassas on Friday and had dinner at the Po Folk Restaurant and shopped at the mall there.
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Welch visited the Bryant Welch family on Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. Rick Gamer, Lauren and Brady of High Point, N.C. spent a few days last week with Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McCulloch. They also visited the latter’s grandmothers Mrs. Alice Brady here and Mrs. Helen Hamilton at Mt. Jackson.
Visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lillard on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Lillard of Manassas, Mrs. Debra Moats and family of Front Royal-, Mrs. Diane Dellinger and family of Reliance and Mrs. Christine Keller and family of Castleton.
Mrs. Floyd Menefee and Robert L. Pullen Jr. were honored with a birthday dinner on Friday evening at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Pullen Sr. Those attending were Mrs. Robert L. Pullen Jr. and Robbie, Mr. and Mrs. William Southard, David Menefee and James Menefee, all local. Also Mr. and Mrs. Greg Smoot, Cheryl, Katrina and Jamie of Aiken, South Carolina, Mr. Roger Menefee and Joyce Ann of Washington, Richard Menefee of Sperryville and Beth Goddard of Front Royal.
Joe Beard of Culpeper was a Sunday visitor in the Pullen home.
