When giving the gift, save the receipts. Put the receipts in a sealed envelope in the bottom of the box. If the item doesn’t fit, the person can easily exchange it.
Be sure to look at warranties and guarantees for the items you give. Here, the receipts are important. If the person must return the item for defects, the receipts will prove when the item was purchased.
