The Rappahannock Planning Commission meets at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 16 in the Rappahannock Courthouse.
Agenda items include a special use permit for the Pearson family apartment, a special exception for Potomac Edison to expand its substation at Flint Hill, a special use permit for the Moore post office building in Amissville and an update on the general commercial area plan.
Also on the agenda are discussion of the conservation zoning district ridgetop development and road construction as well as the Town of Washington's resolution asking that subdivision roads within a mile of the town meet VDOT standards.
