SPECIAL EXCEPTION
#91-09-03 Mr. William E. Wolford, Agent for Potomac Edison Company, desires to obtain a Special Exception Permit in order to expand the area by four-thousand, sevenhundred sixty (4,760) square feet, of the Flint Hill Substation facility. The existing substation is located on/near Route 641 near the Aileen Factory; additional construction will facilitate the move from manual to automatic switching with the upgrade in service. Improvements will contain no new transmission capacity. The property is locaqted in an lA" Agricultural District; Tax Map 13, Parcel 35A. Allowed under Section 3.3-3 (0), Article 3 of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
