r Sweet Adelines Invite singers
Manassa's Junction Chorus, a Sweet Adeline's chapter, is a women's singing group based in Warrenton with several members from Rappahannock.
Anyone interested in the Sweet Adeline barbershop style of singing is invited to any Thursday night rehearsal of the Manassa's Junction chapter, 7:30 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge on Stuyvestant Street in Warrenton. Call 675-1280 for more information.
The group plans a show at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26 at Linton Hall School in . Bristow, Prince William County.
Morris exhibits at Middle St.
This month's exhibit at the Middle Street Gallery in Washington, Va. is "Wildlife Sculpture" by gallery member Maggi Morris of Castleton. Also in the show are selected paintings by David Zimmerman and group sculptures by Rappahannock children.
Also at Middle Street this month, "Creative Expression by Children," consisting of group sculpture made by kids at the Child Care and Learning Center, Camp Fantastic and Youth Experiencing Success camp, will be on display.
