“We must keep the lines of communication open,” she said, adding in today’s world nothing “is black and white” and that no assumtions should be made between parents and teachers.
With several teachers present, parents asked questions about new curriculum, seat belts in buses, bus patrol representatives, later bus routes, class sizes, special and remedial education, gifted and talented programs, physical education teachers, the lack of air conditioning in the schools and new phone lines.
