The Administrative Board of the Sperryville United Methodist Church met last Monday night at the home of Mrs. Catherine Brown.

Others present were Rev. Merlin Shorb, Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Nethers, Mr. Hugh Chrisman, Mr. Julian Brown, Mrs. Polly Aylor, Mrs. Margaret Ann Wayland and Mrs. Emma Swindler.

Mrs. T.M. Johnston and Mrs. Harry Willoughby of Unionville were in Graves Mill on Sunday to attend the dedication and eonsecreation of Graves Episcopal Chapel by the Right Rev. Peter James Lee, Bishop of the Diocese of Virginia.

Mr. and Mrs. Tom Klatko attended a pig roast on Sunday in Remington.

Miss Amy Wharton, Miss Angie Jenkins and Richard Jenkins were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ricky Pullen in Washington.

Mrs. T.M. Johnston spent a few days last week in Charlottesville with Mrs. Andrew' Meade, Bethany and Broocks.

Guests last week of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins were Elder and Mrs. Elmer Skeen and Mr. and Mrs. David Tyner, all of Palmyra, Mrs. Kitty Partlowe and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Clatterbuck,
