Seventh grade honor roll students were Marie Andreoni, John Arnold, Adam Bouffard, Amber Charles, Melissa Dodson, Nathan Flinchum and Kylene Wolfe.
Sixth and seventh graders also participated in special tests called Olympiads. For sixth graders Andrew Van Horn received first place, Todd Tomlinson was second and Wesley Welk was third in the Virginia Math League. In the National Language Arts Olympiad Ginnia Ankers placed first. Second was a tie between Andrew Van Horn, Poy Pool, Ashley Van Diver and Sara Furr.
For seventh graders Nathan Flinchum placed first in the Virginia Language Arts Olympiad. Craydon Washburn was second and Marie Andreoni was third. In the Virginia Math League Adam Bouffard was first, Nathan Flinchum second, and Marie Andreoni was third. In the Social Studies Olympiad Nathan Flinchum was again first with Melissa Dodson second and Adam Bouffard third. In the Science Olympiad Jennifer Foster was first with Nathan Flinchum second and Marie Andreoni third.
There was a reception following the ceremony for graduating seventh graders, their parents and guests.
