Several years ago, he won a regional award for his Science Fair project while he w’as a student at Rappahannock Elementary School.
Joe has also applied his design skills to the Drama Club, this year designing the sets used in the school play.
Following high school Joe hopes to attend college and major in engineering. He is interested in applying computers to designing cars and perhaps buildings, also in using computers teamed with robots to actually manufacture cars. Along.the way he would also like to visit Australia.
When he returns to the United States at the end of July, he plans to share his experiences with readers of the Rappahannock News.
