offer thanks
To the Editor:
The seventh grade faculty of Rappahannock Elementary School wishes to thank each parent and student for their wonderful gestures of appreciation to us. The reception, the scarves, ties, flowers and super T-shirts are just great. Most of all, the kindness, warmth, and genuine caring demonstrated will remain with each of us throughout our lives. It’s a very rewarding experience to work with students whose parents appreciate the value of an education. We thank you for that and for the memorable day June 10 will forever be.
In addition, I would like to thank the members of the Chess Club for the charming statue of a “Black King.” I will cherish it always and keep it in a prominent spot on my desk as they requested in their very kind note which accompanied it.
