Amy is the daughter of A1 and Cheryl of Gray Ghost Vineyards. She plans to attend the University of Virginia next year. She is interested in government and education.
Chris is the oldest son of proud parents Dean and Cheryl, who have lived on Route 640 west of the village for 13 1/2 years. Chris will attend David Lipscomb Univeristy in Nashville, Tenn. This fall on a fulltuition scholarship, majoring in accounting.
Dean and Cheryl are also very proud of their other son James who is attending Boys’ State at Liberty University in Lynchburg this week.
The community was saddened to learn of several tragedies on Sunday. Barbara Call of Muskrat Farm was killed on the highway while traveling through Missouri.
Jim Woodard is in Fairfax Hospital following a serious eye injury.

Nannie Weakley had a car accident in which her car was totaled but Mrs. Weakley was not injured.
