Mixed baked beans 1/2 pound bacon 2 large onions, chopped 1 (16-ounce) can pork and beans, drained 1 (16-ounce) can red kidney beans, drained 1 (17-ounce) can baby lima beans, drained 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/4 cup vinegar 1 cup catsup 1 tablespoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon, and set aside. Saute onion in drippings until tender; drain. Combine onion, bacon, beans, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; stir until mixed. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole; cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
